Collaborate · ask a colleague

Ask anyone, anywhere in the company, whether your idea can work

Colleagues in every country have volunteered to give a short feasibility view on ideas in their area. Find someone who knows the ground, ask your question and decide what to do with their answer.

Volunteer to advise

Help colleagues test their ideas

Say what you can advise on. Only what you type here is shown. Nothing comes from HR systems, and you can stop taking questions at any time.

How it works

A quick, honest view, without the paperwork

Who can ask: The idea’s originator, co-authors and builders
What they see: Your idea’s title and your question
Reply within: 14 days, then it expires
The conversation: Private to the people involved, and not on the log
On the log: Only that a view was given on a logged idea, and when
General questions: Ask up to 5 people before you log an idea; nothing goes on the log
Credit: Never automatic: only if the originator invites you and you accept

If the originator chooses, an answer is shown on the idea’s page. A general question can be attached to an idea later, once it is logged.
