Overview

MeritMap

Everything newly filed in Sealright, grouped so you see repeats before spending time on them, scored blind against agreed criteria, and decided in writing. Sealright stays the record; MeritMap helps people choose.

How a decision is made here

  1. Intake queue · everything awaiting a decision in your domains, overdue first.
  2. Duplicate check · the AI assist suggests repeats and past decisions; you say same, related or distinct.
  3. Blind scorecard · score against the agreed criteria without seeing who wrote it.
  4. Shortlist · what goes to the selection meeting, and whether the set is balanced.
  5. Decision & feedback · a written answer to the submitter, recorded in Sealright.

What the AI does, and doesn’t

AI assist

Does: group similar submissions, find past decisions on the same topic, write a neutral two-line summary.

Does not: score, rank, decline, see who wrote an idea, or write to the ledger. Anything in a gold box is a suggestion a person can dismiss.

It reads titles and public text only. Private ideas are compared by title alone.
